Experience
Michael P. McDaniel has practiced trial law since 1995 and has extensive courtroom experience. Michael has appeared in courts throughout the State of Florida handling a wide variety of litigation matters.

Background
Michael was born and raised in Polk County, Florida. He attended University of South Florida, Tampa, for his undergraduate degree and received a B.A. in 1991. Michael graduated from the Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University, in 1994.

Military
Michael served in the U.S. Army and deployed to Iraq in 2005 with the 5th Squadron, 7th Cavalry during Operation Iraqi Freedom III. He was honorably discharged as a Captain in 2007.
